Terms of Use

These Terms cover Serendip's apps and website (the "Service"). Using the Service means you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older (or the minimum age where you live). Keep your login secure and accurate — you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

You own what you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display it only to run the Service, and you're responsible for having the rights to it.

No objectionable content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users — nothing unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit, and no spam, scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Service. You can report content or block someone from inside the app; we review reports and act within 24 hours, removing content and, where needed, the account behind it.

Location

Location features are optional — you control the precision shown and whether Live area is on. Area labels are approximate, so don't rely on the Service for emergencies or safety-critical uses. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

The app itself

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service and keep all other rights in it. We may change or pause features for legal, security, or operational reasons and don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. We rely on third-party providers (hosting, maps, geocoding) whose terms may also apply.

Ending

You can stop anytime and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the law.

Changes
